Good hotel for business travel

I’m in London 2-3 weeks/month, and always stay in this hotel. It’s centrally located, one block from Great Portland Street tube station and generally clean and well maintained.

The gym: Not much here, unless you like treadmills. They just added a set of dumbbells but the heaviest set are only 10 kilos.

The restaurant: Good Spanish breakfast buffet here every morning, served until 10 during the week and 11 on the weekends.

The rooms: Upgrade to the deluxe size. The standard room is pretty small, even for one. But then, most hotel rooms in Europe are small by American standards.

The service: Pretty good. If you forget something they’re quick with a shaving kit or a shoe shine sponge.

Watch out for: The laundry service. It’s outrageously expensive.
