Amazing Service
This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the service is amazing. They came and walked our little dog numerous times while we were away and retrieved her toy when it fell into an area we couldn’t access. They went way above the call of duty. I would rate it a 100, but it is a little too stuffy for me. Everything is very ornate and dark. The lounge is very men’s club. If you like old world elegance than this is the place for you. If you are a little more casual, I would recommend the Hotel Crescent which I believe is owned by the same group. It is a little more relaxed and has a younger crowd
