Perfect For Our Family
I stayed at The Alex last week with my husband and two children. We had a two bedroom two bath suite with living room and full kitchen. It was clean and quiet with wonderfully soft bedding. It has floor to ceiling windows and we had a perfect view of the Chrysler building. It was an easy walk to shopping, Central Park and Times Square. The United Nations is just down the street. The staff was wonderful and friendly and remembered us each time we returned to the hotel. The only negatives that we found were slow elevators and room service food that left a great deal to be desired. The positives greatly outweighed the negatives and I will definitely stay at the Alex again and recommend it to anyone traveling to New York.
