Fine for the Price
This was a fine hotel for the price. The bed was comfortable and a 600 square foot suite with a separate living area for this price is very hard to find. The room was a little run down, but clean. We had room service breakfast and it was good.
Our problems all surrounded the staff. Everyone was very friendly, but we received very poor service. Each person seemed to have several jobs making it impossible to take care of all of the hotel guests. The hotel has an historic elevator that requires a staff member to operate. This same staff member is also the valet. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our car from the valet because he was taking other guests up in the elevator.
I will not rule out this hotel in the future, but will probably stay somewhere else next time.
