Advertised 24 hour gated security. There was a guard booth, with a guard in it at most times.
Even the very first time we drove in thru the gates we were never stopped or questioned why we were there. Our entire 8 day stay we were never stopped once. As soon as they see a vehicle pull up they open the gate, no questions asked. I quess I expected to be checked each and everytime we entered, to verify that we were guests there.
They also advertised a started package of garbage bags, dish soap, dish washer detergent, etc. WE had none of that. Called for some to be brought to us but while we were gone they only delivered 2 ,1 load packets of dish washer detergent. They also tryed to charge us for cleaning service which was, at the time included in our package. We did have a printed out copy of the original agreement, so they had to honor it. If we didn't have the proof (at the time of check in) we would have had to pay an additional $75.00.
We also had a problem with EXTREME noise and jumpnig off beds from the people above us. At 10:00 p.m. we called and asked if they could quiet them down. They said they would send security. But the noise continued and we had to call again at 11:00 before it was taken care of.
The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the web site.
