Hotel Bauer, Venice, Italy
We visited Italy in July 2006. Our first leg was Venice, and the three nights we spent at the Hotel Bauer spoiled us for the rest of our vacation. The location was perfect and centrally located. The room was absolute luxury, the restaurant on the canal was just beautiful, and the hotel breakfasts were the best we had while in Italy. The rest of our trip (to Florence and Rome) was fantastic, of course, but the accomodations in those cities (as nice as they were) paled in comparison.Reviewed on: February 22, 2007
