It was OK

My friend and I are foodies that travel when we get the chance, to our favorites. We have been to Hilton on Pensacola Beach several times. The "new" Hilton looks great. Everyone is friendly and the location and view can't be beat. We went there for the relaxation and the food. The sushi bar is still fabulous, hoever, the "new" H20 restaraunt was missing something. We later found out the Chef had left. Chef Eric Troup was the BEST that H20 had seen in a while. Chef Dan Dunn is a well known local chef, he just doesn't compare. It was a disappointment.
I heard Chef Eric was still on Pensacola Beach, but I couldn't get in. Good luck Chef Eric, the Hilton needs you back!!
