You usually can’t go wrong with zoos – kids love them. The Central Park Zoo was no different. We had a beautiful day to enjoy being outside in Central Park, luckily, and the girls were on their best behavior. For a smaller space, there are a lot of animals – an excellent job of maximizing the amount of area they have. We happened to catch the seals at feeding time; that was quite a sight! You’ll find your usual animals: polar bears, penguins, monkeys, etc. It’s not the most fabulous zoo in the world, but I think it’s worth a trip if you’ve got your kids in New York. There’s not a lot that will keeps kids patient for long, but zoos usually do.
