Location Location Location
The Marriott is at the Leidseplein, a square with lots of really good bars and restaurants, music, street entertainers when the weather’s good.
I’ve stayed at the Marriott twice for meetings in the hotel. The food and service are very good.
Some aspects are a bit pricey – 20 euros/day for high speed internet access and 3 euros/minute for phone calls to the US. If your cell phone doesn’t work in Europe buy a phone card.
