Sheraton Mountain Vista in Avon, Colorado

Great accommodations. I definitely want to go back again and again! Be careful when booking villa and what size kitchen you need. We didn’t know we wouldn’t have a stove. It could have been our oversight for not checking…but it definitely was not made clear to us. Though we had a dishwasher and all the pots.utensils necessary for using a stove. Also, there was a BBQ on our balcony and it wasn’t too cold to BBQ outside even though it was snowing. It was great.

Other thing you need to know is that it is a Starwood Vacation Ownership property so it doesn’t serve as a regular hotel per say. There isn’t a hotel restuarant but there are plenty of guides in the hotel to direct you to any type of cuisine you are looking for. I recommend trying Agave (within walking distance) for great mexican style cuisine and amazing margaritas.

Here you will find layouts of the different villas the property offers at this location. Very helpful. Not available on Sheraton’s site. I don’t see why not.
