So, I;m in my 8th term, and after quite a bit of schedule issues, I'm finally settled into the end of my second week. Which, brings the reason for my blog.

My dad is being a major pain. I'm unbearly frustrated. He's one of those old people who can barely check their email and don't trust a damn thing on the internet. Greetings! School has been so busy that I haven't had time to frequent this site! Things have been going quite well…I am doing very well in every class but Economics…I need to tell you all what I have had in Advanced Pastry!...In that class it is combined with Advanced Cooking. So, just had my first adv. Pastry Class. Turns out there ARE no recipes. This is kinda hard to explain. We have 5 groups, and each group gets a list of ingriedents or we make something from a previous assignment. This turns into 5 tasting courses. Each with a drink to go with it.
