Halls
First class shopping
I don't do a lot of actual buying here, because Halls is pretty pricey, but it's a lovely department store and I do like to wander through it when I'm on the Plaza. I really like Halls during the holidays - it's decorated beautifully and it has a ton of little (affordable!) gifts you can pick up for friends and family. I love the purse department here. And Halls really does have the best bathrooms on the Plaza - important info if you're going to be shopping all day!Reviewed on: October 08, 2007
