Secret Spot, Best of Boston

This little hole in the wall couldn’t seat more than 20 people, and it’s across from a gas station and a Star market in an unspectacular stretch of Brookline along Rt 9. But the fish is fantastic, and as most of the seats overlook the sushi chefs, the atmosphere is great. Take a date there, she/he will be impressed, like you know something that they don’t. But show up early, they don’t take reservations and it can get pretty busy on the weekends – all the locals must know that their prices are too good for the quality of sushi you receive. No to downtown stuffiness, yes to delicious, innovative sushi!
