It's always hard to decide – do you vacation somewhere a little bit familiar, or do you strike out for something new?

Given the time (and money), I'd return to these places (in no particular order):

1. Vietnam (anywhere)
2. France (again, anywhere)
3. Northeastern Brazil (I still dream of Bahiano food)
4. Kyung-ju, Korea…a historical town that's really an amazing outdoor museum
5. Skiathos, Greece (a lovely little...
