Disappointing
We had two rooms at this hotel for four nights. I found the hotel to be a disappointment and am glad that I had a great rate from Hotwire and had not paid full price. The bathroom was not well maintained; you could hear voices from the next room; the tv stations would be periodically not working and the rental movies never worked though we were charged for attempting to rent a film. The parking was expensive and there was no plan on getting in and out if you were a guest at the hotel. The staff seemed untrained. Internet service was expensive and there was a charge for a simple cup of coffee from a thermos in the lobby. It took half an hour to check out because of the errors on the bill and almost as long to check in. In calling Lost and Found after our stay to check on some lost keys I was never able to actually get a person to answer the phone or reply to my message. A convenient spot and served our purpose but I was glad I was not relying on the hotel for services.

I would call customer service and see if you can't get some moneuy back for that stay. When they don't give you the service you expect, they should compensate you in some way. i was compesated once for a fight that accured outside my room at midnight at one hotel in MN.
