Good Drinks
We had a great dinner at Diego (Some of the dishes we had were: Pork "Tasting" slow cooked cured pork 'belly', white bean rancheros with applewood smoked bacon, baby spinach, tomato corn salsa and dried cured chorizo sausage, Chile Rellenos twin soufflé battered chile rellanos one stuffed with Chihuahua cheese and one with braised beef, Enchiladas Oaxaquenas fresh corn tortillas cooked with tangy red chile sauce rolled with chicken, poblano and onion finished with Oaxacan and Chihuahua cheese, diced onion, and cilantro, innamon Crepe with Warm Cajeta Fried Plantains, Crispy Crepes, Fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Covered Pecans, and Buttermilk Ice Cream). The best was the crepe and the Pork Tasting. Theyhave GREAT drinks!!Reviewed on: April 15, 2007
