I took my niece to swim with the Dolphins in Cozumel.  I highly recommend this adventure to everyone.  It was an experience I know neither of us will ever forget.  The look on her face, when she was riding on the dolphins belly was priceless. 

 I also recommend you get the video of the encounter in addition to the photos.  The pictures are nice, but the video shows the entire encounter and your friends can share the experience when you get home.
