The cuisine of Peru is slightly less well known than others and this family run restaurant (Martin Castillo) hits the right spot. Try Seafood ceviche with lime, yam and Peruvian corn or the Lomo saltado – Sirloin sautéed with onions and tomatoes and French fries. The restaurants décor is simple and bright with ample room for a mezzanine and open kitchen. So, while Castillo entertains in the kitchen, his brothers take care of the customers.
