Bhindi Bazaar’s Chicken Malai ~ I Crave It!

We ordered take-out from Bhindi Bazaar after craving Indian food in a new town. We were staying at the Eliot Hotel and had walked past Bhindi Bazaar in our walking excursion about town. After our day-long trek we were a bit tired, so we picked up food from Bhindi Bazaar. After one bite, we fell in love with their chicken Malai. The flavor was incredible, and got better with each bite. We also ordered a salmon Tikka but ended up fighting over the Malai. The salmon Tikka was a bit fishy so I wouldn't recommend it, but the Malai was simply sensational. We also tried the garlic naan, it was a great balance of fragrant garlic and pillowy naan ~ delicious! I highly recommend this place when you have a hankering for Indian food.
