great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Very nice staff and the rooms were spotless and it was overall a cute place with free internet. They did overcharge me but quickly fixed their mistake without issue and the only slightly negative was that it was a tiny shower in the bathroom – but at least at the affordable price, there was a private bathroom in each room vs shared. This hotel is right in the middle of a happening area so it can be louder outside late into the night. If you get a room in the back though, you really do not hear much. Plus there are other Personality Hotels in San Fran at different locations that may be quiter. If you do not have a car, this one is great too because it is a block from the BART.
