Love it!

I love Texas Roadhouse! I had my doubts when it first opened and country music was blaring from the outdoor speakers. (I’m not a huge country music fan.) But I have since been won over. (By the restaurant, not the country music.) First off, the fresh rolls they bring complimentary to your table are the best I’ve ever had. Hot, soft, buttery, and slightly sweet. The ribs are a family favorite. They really do “fall off the bone” as the restaurant touts. Tender, meaty, and delicious. The rib eye steak is great, too. I really like the seasonings they use, and they can cook it just right. The sweet potato side is good as well, but I prefer it without the brown sugar. And despite my apathy towards country music, the servers do a great line dance to the music. I think it’s funny that the whole restaurant is in tribute to Willie Nelson. But the fact remains that this is a fantastic restaurant. And smoke-free, too.
