Location. Originally constructed in 1880 as the private residence of writer and pacifist Stefan Zweig, the Austria Trend Hotel Rathauspark stands behind an ornate iron gate two blocks from the Rathaus in Vienna, Austria. This property is located one kilometer from St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
