Memorial Day Weekend 2008 - Chicago
One of my lifetime goals is to see a baseball game in each Major League Ballpark. Prior to this weekend I had seen the Cincinatti Reds, Atlanta Braves, and Montreal Expos. I decided it was time to add a couple more to the list.So, I loaded up the minivan and drove to Chicago for the weekend. My goal: see a game at U.S. Cellular Field (White Sox) and at Wrigley Field (Cubs). I kissed the wife and kids goodbye and headed for the Windy City.

Stockton Ports!
A fun thing to do in Stockton is to go to a Ports game, the minor league baseball team. The stadium is pretty newly built, right along the waterfront, and it's nice. It's not too big, so everyone is sitting close to the field. It can get really hot, and a lot of the seats aren't in the shade, so be sure to wear a hat! They have a lot of contests for kids, so there are a lot of families there. I think they have fireworks at some of the night games, too. It was pretty full on...
