HEALTH NUT
The church I attend has a Fellowship Breakfast. However, because of all the “goodies” that would make me fat(ter), I make a smoothie at home before then. It’s very good (my grandsons love them), very filling, and very healthy. I start out with half a box of Mor-Nu silken tofu. I dump that, a few splashes of lemon juice, a little canola oil, and honey (to taste) in a blender and whiz it til it’s all smooth. I then add a frozen banana or two and whiz it...
