This is a great choice
My husband and I stayed in this hotel during the Fall of 05. This hotel is great it is in wailea (sp?) which is on the SW side of the island, it is about .5 to 1 mile off of a string of hotels so it has a nice secluded feel even though you are not far from anything. The beach is AWESOME in fact little Makena is one of the stops on most of the snorkeling cruises you can go on. Sea turtles graced out beach 24/7. The staff was awesom, very friendly! The breakfast buffet was a little expensive 22/person when we were there but it is HUGE and tastes great, plus when we ate that buffet there was no need to eat lunch! I will stay here next time I go!
