Excellent dinner on the Amsterdam canals

I’ve been to this charming restaurant several times over the past years and it never fails to please. Most recently, I celebrated 2nd Christmas night with my family and was treated to a wonderful 6-course tasting menu, with excellent wine suggestions. While it runs on the pricy side, it is not out of line with comparable Amsterdam restaurants. Worthy of 1 star in Michelin.
