Siesta Key Public Beach
Most beautiful beach ever
We started going to this beach when my first daughter was 5 months old and we went to visit our Aunt who has lived in the area for over 50 years. It is absolutely the most gorgeous beach I have ever been to. I grew up in So. Cal and my grandmother had a house accross from Coronado beach and I have experienced many San Diego beaches, but they have NOTHING on this one. I have jokingly referred to the sand as “ashtray” sand it is so soft.. it looks like snow. We drive 7 hours each year to visit this beach and it is worth it.. family friendly, warm clear water.. just breathtaking. This and Gasparilla (much more secluded) are the ultimate vacation spot.

My wife and I agree with you. We just spent a month at a condo on Siesta Key beach and found it to be the finest sand beach we have ever visited. We plan to spend at least a month on Siesta Key every winter.
