"When we arrived the AC didn't work, the fridge was not cold. The maintenance staff came and fixed the AC and installed a new control knob inside the fridge which then froze our baby's milk solid. They claim to have queen beds but they full sized... False advertising at its best!! Our second night we returned to find that someone had been in our room and urinated all over the toilet seat. TV armoire doors broken, shower leaked all over the floor. No floor towels or laundry bags even after promised to deliver them. There was loud obnoxious dripping sounds coming from the ceiling which woke us and our baby up numerous times. When I confronted the staff in the lobby they became argumentative. This place is a rip off, and continue to lie to people about the bed size when they know they only have full size. This is a bad neighbor hotel"
