If you would like to lose a little weight or just hear an inspirational talk given by Richard or one of his staff, call ahead and check on the class times. On Saturday mornings at 10:30am, you can listen to a motivational talk and then spend an hour working out with others (each of these activities costs $10). There are many exercise classes offered to guests for a fee during the week as well.
