Set in the California wine country, the Grape Leaf Inn is housed within a magnificently restored 100 year old, three dormer Queen Anne Victorian set among tall evergreen trees and lush landscaped grounds in Healdsburg, Calif. The Inn is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in the company of other beautiful Victorian homes, just four blocks from downtown Healdsburg’s fine shops and restaurants. Many Sonoma wineries are within a short drive of the Inn. Also nearby is Lake Sonoma and the Russian River.
The Grape Leaf Inn features old world charm with elegant high ceilings, ornate mouldings, antique light fixtures and a wonderfully inviting wrap around porch. The Inn offers 12 beautiful, antique filled, air conditioned guestrooms. The original first floor rooms have distinctive high ceilings and old time charm. The second floor rooms have delightful two person whirlpool tubs/showers and skylight roof windows. The Victorian west wing rooms all have private fireplaces.

Each guestroom at the Inn is named for a wine varietal and is adorned with antiques and a king or queen bed. Some rooms also include dramatic sloped ceilings and stained glass windows. All rooms include bathrobes and nightly turndown service. Additional room amenities include fine, hand pressed linens, luxurious Frette Italian towels, Aveda bath soaps and accessories, bottled water and daily fresh flowers.

In the mornings, the innkeeper prepares and serves a complimentary three course country breakfast. In the late afternoon, guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary wine and cheese tasting in the Inn’s wine cellar called the “Speakeasy,” which is concealed behind a bookcase. Rare boutique wines are available for sale at the Inn by the bottle or case.
