Wilhelm s Chophouse (formally know as French 75) is a casual restaurant featuring regional American cooking with an emphasis on grilled and smoked foods. Our menu offers a variety of steaks, chops, ribs, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and some of David Wilhelm s favorite comfort food and Southwestern dishes. The restaurant features many different rooms that are conducive to private parties and receptions. Our bohemian Red Bar offers specialty cocktails, craft beers, margaritas, aged tequilas, and wines by the glass. We offer a High 5 Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4:00-7:00p.m. with $5 appetizers, beers, wines, well drinks and champagne cocktails.
