The rich and famous are seated on the brick patio, which is hugged by a precious white picket fence. The walls are covered in chintz, and beautiful flowers bloom all year round. California-American cuisine is served here, and although the Caesar salad and corn chowder are delicious, you are paying for the chance to see the next Bennifer. Even if the celebs skip dessert, don’t even think about it. Richard Irving, the pastry chef at the Ivy, is renowned for creating mouth-watering sweets that are as simple as they are delicious. Slurp up an ice cream sundae or nibble at the pecan brownies. You can also take home the Ivy’s signature pink box filled to the brim with cookies. Prance around Rodeo and let everyone know that you did lunch at the Ivy.
