"I just love this taco salad. El Burro, gives us some lettuce, refried beans, a taco shell, tomatioes, cheese, black olives, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream and guacamole to top off the concoction. Did I mention all of this is one big helping, when put together, and can feed even more than two people? I also really like the endless sodas, and the staff is very bubbly and accomdodating. The decorations of this place are very detailed. Someone must have won an award for all the detialed wall frescos, and wall paintings. One could spend a lot of time in here just gazing at all the intricate building details, as well. This place is very spacious. in the summer they open up their front patio to guests, and all the healthy plant life is a very nice touch to this area, too. If you haven’t ever come here for a taco salad while browsing through Newark, there’s no time like the present."
