"Picture red and green bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumber slices, and chicken slices all swered to percection in a tasty Asian Teriaki sauce… It is so delightful to view, and the fresh vegetable smell just permeates through the air of this chic Hilton resturant. Every now and again, my friends frequent this place for happy hours, drink nights, and the like. The hotel is very modernly decorated, and blends in well with the decor of the Ginger Bar and Grill. The staff is always attentive, and I have never seen the place that busy on a Satruday night. So if you are ever visiting Newark and you want to go on a more subdued night, make it a Saturday night special."
