Summary of The Fish Market
This is one of the largest fish restaurants in the area. The fish comes from the owners own fishing fleet and the oysters from that same owners oyster farm. That lack of a middleman might account for the great prices for some of the freshest, best-prepared seafood you are likely to come across. The menu reflects the days catch, but whether grilled over mesquite, broiled, or pan-fried with a little butter and garlic, the food is basic and flavorful served up to locals with sides of French fries, coleslaw and sourdough bread by a cheerful, efficient staff.
