"Collection - **** (out of 5)Service - 0 starsMy husband suprised me with a diamond necklace from Na Hoku. As I was not present when he bought it, he could not get the length correct. The saleswoman told them to bring it back within 21 days if the lenght was not right. I absolutely loved the necklace, but as expected it was a bit long for me. I went into the store 5 days later to change it. They told me that they did not have a shorter one with them and will have to check with their factory. They said that they will give me a call back in 2-3 working days. I did not get a call after 3 days, so I called back. They said they were still working on it. After that I to call them a couple of times, but I did not get the response. So I gave it up. This is bad considering that the necklace was not that cheap ($!500+), atleast for us. I am sure that I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. "

The sales staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, and they can help you pick out anything from a fresh water pearl to something very different, and a little unique. They started out making diamond thong charm necklaces and expanded their line from there. When you walk in to one of these retailers, you can expect to find quality merchandise. Some of it’s affordable, and some of it you definately need to save your pennies for. I buy fresh water pearls here myself. They have a classic timeless quality, and it’s something I always look for in my jewelry. "
