Another of several Pacific Beach coffeehouses, this one is known for its cozy, intimate decor and its great selection of coffees and teas. It is no place to be in a hurry; many locals stop by and consider it to be their place to mellow down. Order a decaf and enter the zone of relaxation. The comfortable seating arrangements are surrounded by local artwork. Choose from dozens of varieties of coffee, pastries and light, simple meals consisting of soup and sandwiches.

"This is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. A lot of the tables are outside, so it’s really nice to enjoy the sun and have a tea, smoothie, sandwich, or wrap. Except that usually when I want to do that, all the tables are full! Drat! This is a really popular place in PB, especially with students who want to study, who usually occupy the tables for long periods of time! The food is okay, and the coffee and smoothies are good, but it’s the atmosphere and great location that keeps people coming back. It’s close to the beach in PB."
