Location. The Victorian style Queen Anne Hotel (Calif.), located 15 miles from San Francisco International Airport, traces its origins to 1890 and is recognized in the Historic Western Addition. Centrally located, this distinguished boutique hotel is just blocks from Japantown, fine dining and shopping in both the Fillmore District and Union Square. Renowned attractions such as Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, the San Francisco Opera House and beautiful Golden Gate Park are within three miles.
Hotel Features. Today, the restored Queen Anne Hotel reflects a blend of turn of the century grace and elegance coupled with comfort and warm service. The hotel offers afternoon tea and sherry service for guests. This four story architectural treasure has an elevator, but does not offer air conditioning. Complimentary amenities include weekday courtesy car service to the downtown area, continental breakfasts, newspapers and 24 hour concierge service.
