"The day I went to Ocean beach was really cold and windy, even though it was June. I suspect there’s not many days in the year when I’d want to get in the water without a wetsuit! It was great watching the kitesurfers, though. And yes, laughing when they wiped out, I’ll admit it. It’s a beautiful beach in a rugged way, and there weren’t many people there at all. It’s quite close to the Cliff House, so if you’re going there, you can stop off on your way."

"On any sunday around the year, people take their dogs to roam around this beach. It is more of a dog beach than people beach, but that is not to say it’s worth the time it takes to drive there. You can people watch, too. I like when the ocean waves are craching against the coast line because it is so relaxing. It’s a beautiful place. Everyone should see it once in their lives even if you don’t have a dog, hehe."
