SBC Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. An intimate, traditionally-sized baseball-only park, its unique architecture will open directly onto San Francisco Bay. Fleets of small boats are sure to float off right field hoping to catch a home run smashed by star left fielder Barry Bonds. The Giants are one of baseballs more venerable teams, dating back to 1883, when they were the New York Giants, and have won 19 National League Pennants and five World Series Championships since then. The New York Giants moved west in 1958, becoming the San Francisco Giants.

Come for the game, stay for the food.

"Not only is this a great Place to watch the Giants, when they win most of the time, it is also a great place for food. There’s a couple of vendors that sell polish sausages insteadog hotdogs, and they give off a different taste completely. The garlic fries are oh so tasty, and they go really great with a budweiser, or a Samual Adams. The giants stadium is very scenic. There’s lots of grass, and the seats, although made of some type of aluminum are pretty decent. A tip is to take a long a seat cushion, and wear layers, so that you won’t get too hot or too cold with the change in the breezy SF weather. So, whether you’ve ome out to see a winning team as a tourist, or you have been a fan your whole life, the Giants and their stadium are quite a treat to visit any given day of the week."

Fun, even if you aren't a fan!

"Wooo, go Giants! Okay, to be honest, I really don’t even like baseball. But going to a game is quite fun. First you get to eat the hot dogs- it just doesn’t feel right to skip them! & the Gilroy garlic fries… so fantastic, but watch out, you’ll smell like garlic for a few days afterwards! The atmosphere at the game is fun, with the all the fans, and the music and things. & the park itself is beautiful. It over looks the water. & the grass is so green! (I’m sure it is at most parks, but it’s still pretty!) So even if you don’t like baseball, you just might enjoy a Giants game!"
