Expert Tip. The Gondola at Heavenly is available for a fee to transport guests to ski slopes or hiking trails. The gondola stops at an observation deck about 9,000 feet above sea level. The deck features a snack shop, picnic tables, restrooms, coin operated telescopes and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley.

For non holiday bookings, the hotel charges one night’s rate for cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. For holiday bookings, the hotel provides no refund for any cancellations.
