"DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE ACCUSTOMED TO QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our waitress was THE rudest server I have EVER encountered & sadly, this appeared to be the culture of this establishment (the waiter on duty was also obnoxious & used fowl language well within earshot of the entire patio). Our party had ordered a full dinner with a selection of beverages from the bar menu. When the waitress brought us the wrong drink order for the second time & we requested an exchange of one beverage, she become belligerent & refused to rectify the mistake. At no time was our dining party angry or upset, we merely wanted a pint of beer. We then asked for our bill as both our server & her colleague were condescending & beyond rude. She then proceeded to ask us NEVER to return, claiming this was at the direction of the restaurant owner who was not present but apparently had been called to authorize a beverage exchange. At NO point, did the restaurant manager on duty, visit our table. Rest assured, we were more than happy to take our business elsewhere and had a wonderful experience at the Blue Cactus down the street which ALWAYS exemplifies excellence in client service!! "
