Parc Guell
Don't miss
I've been to Barcelona twice, and the first time around I didn't make it here. Don't make that mistake if you're making Barcelona a travel destination. It's fantastic. Like no other park you'll ever see. With designs and architecture by the city's favorite son, Gaudi, you're in for a surreal and magical treat. Sort of like gingerbread houses meet Dr. Seuss. Has to be experienced to believe. Pictures just don't do it justice. Great views of the city too for that matter. If you come by taxi, get dropped off at the main gate. We came from the back and had to climb about 200 stairs or more! We were exhausted. You can imagine how silly we felt as we walked out of the main gate onto a city street and jumped in a cab!Reviewed on: July 25, 2007
