I am a habitual traveler and I love traveling so I decided to travel newport. I searched the place to stay in the city in the web. I decided to stay in one of the cheap Newport hotels .Newport is a beautiful seaside city in Rhode Island that is famous for its mansions and for hosting the Newport Folk Festival and the Newport Jazz Festival. Cobblestone streets and brick sidewalks accent an upscale touristy harbor area with many, many shops, galleries and restaurants. Newport sits on the southern end of Aquidneck Island and features several fine beaches, rocky cliffs and much history including an old fort. Famous Cliff Walk, Dedicated in 1975, this 3.5 mi. (5.6 km) public access walkway is a beautiful walk that must be taken. Some of the best views in New England can be seen from this beautiful area. This walk allows you to see and be a part of the Atlantic ocean that day. Wildlife can be seen everywhere. Visit the architectural masterpiece fort Adams to see where soldiers lived, enter the casemates, explore the tunnel system, and climb the bastions for breath taking views. Consider renting the fort with its 6 acre parade field with North Lawn on the water for your special function. Fort Adams housed soldiers from 1824 to 1950; today it stands for your enjoyment. National Tennis Hall of Fame is a non-profit institution made to preserve the history of tennis. Built in 1880, it shows the icons of tennis. Visitors of all ages can come to this historical casino and experience the art gallery, and the plaques that commemorate the great players. Newport's famous mansions are huge and opulent with beautiful gardens. There are so many museums to see in the city for grabbing the knowledge. Newport offers a variety of activities throughout the year. During the summer season, water sports are extremely popular amongst Newporters and tourists. Sailing and boating tours are also available starting in the spring, while an outdoor skating rink is a great place to be during the winter. Shopping and gambling are also great tourist attractions throughout the entire year in Newport. Newport is known for its beautiful beaches. There are a variety of both public and private beaches located in the Newport area. Many beaches located in Newport and Middletown are within a few blocks from each other, and have a variety of different features. Some are great for swimming, fishing, and making sand castles, while others have picnic areas and great surf. Some of Newport’s beaches provide family events and entertainment during different times of the year. All beaches in Newport have great views and are perfect for a little relaxation. You can take part in the events. I suggest to all readers that don’t waste your money too much on the hotel you are staying. You just chill outside and visit approximately every famous place. Stay in cheap hotels. I enjoyed a lot there and want to go again there. Then I returned home back with sweet memories.
