"Recently went to Nico's for a business dinner. The ambiance is like dining in someone's basement--albeit a nice basement, but a basement nonetheless. The food is okay, and the prices are reasonable, but I've had better dining experiences at Carrabba's Italian Grill, and much, much better experiences dining in Denver. If this is the best that Fort Collins has to offer, then it's time to start dining in Denver."

"Nico's Catacombs is the epitome of the classy, sophisticated dining experience! The quality of the food from the bar menu to the dining room menu is unrivaled. I've never had anything I didn't love! The atmosphere is suitable for business dinners, dinner with family and friends, and romantic dinners as well. The table-side food preparation is a learning experience and a show. Such talent! This is my favorite restaurant and I save up for a year to go on my birthday every year!"
