Great Location
The Marriott Marquis is in a perfect location for those wanting to be right in the midst of things. You can't get more "in" NYC than being right in Times Square! I would highly suggest this hotel to those that are planning on doing a lot of Broadway shows as they are all located within walking distance of this hotel (one is even in it!) and the TKTS booth (discount tickets) is on the hotel grounds as well. However, the one downfall to this hotel is the elevator system. It is a MESS! I will also state that the parking is a mess. They need clearer directions on where to park for valet parking. I ended up in a different lot than the hotels because I ended up on the wrong side after 45 minutes of traffic! Still a great place to stay, but remember - this location comes with a price!
