Old Pine Church

The building, designed by Robert Smith, is the only remaining Colonial Presbyterian church in Philadelphia. Home to John Adams and Dr. Benjamin Rush, the church sent 75 men to join the Revolutionary forces. William Hurry, who first read the Declaration of Independence, is buried in the churchyard.
