My Brunch in the dark!
i've got one question to ask you guys: have you ever eaten in a restaurant where the dining room is plunged in complete darkness? well that's simply a totally unusual yet enriching experience that you will live if you go to the restaurant called dans le noir( which means in the dark in French) in Paris. What i do like in this restaurant lies in its unique concept, which makes you rediscover your senses: deprived of your sense of sight, you have to rely on your sense of touch, which relates to a sensual game between your hands and the food! Served by blind waiters, your hands will therefore be the primary asset to discover which ingredients are located in your plate! But i discovered that the advantages of eating in the dark are multiple: it allows to communicate more easily with your counterparts as it suppresses prejudices that everyone has at first sight! Eating in the dark also has a relaxing effect as you are not diverted by your sight. You can therefore entirely enjoy the meal and have a nice moment of culinary pleasure. But the best way to know exactly what it provides is to directly go to this unusual restaurant. For more information i advise you to visit their website www.danslenoir.com.(i learned they also have a restaurant in London!)
