Based on the Iyengar approach, this yoga studio offers a wide range of classes to suit any schedule. There are classes for the novice as well as the expert. Free classes are offered to new students only; you must register in advance. There is a special focus here on health for breast cancer survivors as well as pregnant women and new mothers. Other centers are located in Bethesda, Arlington, and at St. Columbas Episcopal Church, 4201 Albemarle Street North West, Washington, DC.
