Shake your groove thing..
This place has a tiny dance floor, yet every Friday and Saturday that I have been there, it is PACKED. Mainly college and post college aged girls dancing together in groups. What I love about it, is that I am not afraid to dance with my girlfriends- because while the guys watch from the sidelines, they do not touch.

They do offer a ladies night on Thursdays but it starts late and is only for a few house.
